The scripts on DHTMLGoodies.com are available under the LGPL license.

LGPL is a GPL compatible license. However, software released under the LGPL may be linked against non GPL-compatible software, even proprietary software, provided that the source of the LGPL part is made available, and that the LGPL part is upgradeable independently from the rest of the program linked against it.

Commercial license

For many companies and products, an open source license is not an option. For you, DHTMLGoodies.com offers a commercial license.

Main benefits of a commercial license:

Modifications to the code doesn't have to be released under an Open Source license.
You don't have to distribute the Open Source license terms alongside with your product.
No reference to DHTMLGoodies.com have to be done in any file distributed with your product.
The license "UNLIMITED number of scripts on UNLIMITED number of domains" includes personal e-mail support for 1 year.
The licenses "UNLIMITED number of scripts on ONE domain" and ONE script on UNLIMITED number of domains includes personal e-mail support for 1 week.

Option 1: ONE script on ONE domain
This license gives you the right to use ONE script from DHTMLGoodies.com on ONE domain/website without the LGPL license.
Option 2: ONE script on UNLIMITED domains
This license gives you the right to use ONE script from DHTMLGoodies.com on unlimited number of domains/websites without the LGPL license.
Option 3: UNLIMITED number of scripts on ONE domain
This license gives you the right all script from DHTMLGoodies.com on one domain/website without the LGPL license.
Option 4: UNLIMITED number of scripts on UNLIMITED number of domains
This license gives you the right all script from DHTMLGoodies.com on unlimited number of domains/websites without the LGPL license.

The license UNLIMITED number of scripts also gives you access to use scripts published after you purchased the license.
